Café C'est La Vie was opened in the summer of 2012 in the Bella Beach community in Lincoln Beach as a place for Penelope, the owner, to share her love of food and travel with the world. The various locals that over the years have become “regulars” have help influence the growth of the cafe and today the cafe is still run by Penelope with the help of her many friends and family
